  4. Aruthor Miller was born on October 15, 1915. His father was a wealthy business man and his mother owned a clothing business. They were a wealthy family until the Wall Street Crash of 1929 when they lost everything and had to move to Gravesend, Brooklyn. Miller delivered bread to help his family financially.

  6. Arthur Miller was an American playwright best known for his play, Death of a Salesman. Miller was well versed in the realist tradition of writing. He integrated social issues and criticisms into his writing. Much of his writing depicts family breakdowns which result from false values.

  7. Arthue Miller was an Amercan playwright who lived from 1915 to 2005. He is best known for his his play DEATH OF A SALESMAN. Miller was born in Harlem and played football and baseball growing up. He was not the smartest or most inteligent boy in school so nobody thought he would go far. Luckily for him he suffered a football injury which exempt him from the draft.Arthur Miller was married to Marilyn Monroe from 1956 to 1961. In the late 1950's he wrote a screenplay titled MISFITS, in which she had a role. Her excessive tardiness and frequent drug use began to destroy their marriage. Finally, in 1961 he divorced her. She was his second spouse and died one year later in 1962.
